Shipping Policy

Our shipping covers strictly and only local delivery, and the delivery is FREE of cost to customer.

However any exceptional cases, if any, will be as applicable, which will be discussed with the concerned customer on case to case basis.

“Local delivery” as applied here would only mean any locality within the delivery limits where ever our Off Line Adishwar stores are located. This is generally defined as within city limits [pin code wise] and within 30 Km from the nearest offline Adishwar store in major cities like Bangalore, Chennai[Only LG brand products] and Hyderabad city. Other up country locations city limits would mean within 15KM of the offline Adishwar store.

Any shipping address details will have to be accurately intimated and updated if required[registered customers].If the shipping address is different substantiate the same by email and if required offer address proof and id proof to enable trouble free shipping / delivery. The onus of ensuring such accuracy in record rest with the customer only. This is especially so if the customer is gifting the ordered item at another designated shipping address. In such cases all substantiating documents of address proof will have to submit by the customer, if called for.

In the event of large size products and heavy products the customer should have home work done on dimensions and access [which floor on the building] to the site issues, as applicable. In the event of delivery attracting unanticipated delays and difficulties of access and unplanned dimension / weight related issues, all the related costs and consequential and incidental additional cost will be to the account of the customer. The customer will have to take the responsibility of solving the site issues if any related to the housing society rules & regulations, manual labor, civil jobs for modifications if any, also electrical jobs or plumbing jobs and related incidental costs.

In the case of purchase against credit cards/ debit cards etc these requirements will be mandatory and also to meet the requirements of risk management of the servicing bank and the card bank, as applicable.

This policy may undergo changes and amendments from time to time without notice as is applicable.

Installation and Demo

Any products which require Installation and demo assistance, the same will be offered by the concerned Brand of the product concerned.

Adishwar supports will offer any assistance required in this regard to enable the customer. However the demo and installation will follow the Brand service policy for Installation and demo, as applicable.

Warranty and Guarantee

Product warranty or Guarantee terms will be as per the established policy of the brand concerned and governed by the rules and regulations of the brand concerned.

Free bees & Gifts

Freebees and Gifts are announced by the Brands and also by Adishwar from time to time. These are applicable for a product or brand as per the policy announced from time to time. All such offers are governed by validity period of such offers. These offers lapse at the end of the declared time period for validity. Such offers may be amended from time to time without advance notice, and announced policy terms will be as applicable.

Availability

The availability of freebees and gifts may be temporarily affected by the supply logistics. Any such delays may be anticipated. Adishwar will honor all such commitments within reasonable time normally and would expect the cooperation of customers in exceptional circumstances, if any.

The same will be applicable for offers both from Brands or Adishwar.
